using am meme to demonstrate topics covered in the curriculum
customers' expected service are derived from word of mouth, personal needs, and past experience
perceived service interacts as a function of expected service in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles
one can assess service quality depending on how expected compares to perceived
mean time to failure mttf
in my engineering program you need like 6 or something hours of tech electives
i'm taking my second course next semester
i had the option of taking intro to environmental engineering
or marketing
i'm studying industrial engineering which is essentially business with a strong engineering backbone with probability/statistics/queuing theory/facilities planning/etc.
