Its all explained here but all he says about Monica is 

 Let it be said that everyone in this group has made huge sacrifices. Not only on the initial move out, but throughout this whole process up until now. I can speak to these sacrifices personally; because of the massive amount of focus and time that this has required and has required of me, my marriage of 3 years sadly just ended. This is not something I care to share details on, this is not the time or place, but I feel that sharing this information gives you an idea of how strenuous this has been on me.
