Gaaaahh this is adorable! What have you done. Where will i ever find more ennokuroo? Kuroenno?
*whistles innocently*
“And that-” Ennoshita grins “-is how he asked me out.”
Silence fills the air and Kuroo squeezes his eyes shut and drops his head. Yaku is the first one to break the silence, the asshole, and he lets out an aborted snorting noise. That gets Nishinoya giggling, which only takes one shared look with Tanaka to turn into full blown laughter, and then their entire circle of friends are laughing and crying and Kuroo kind of maybe wants to bury himself in a ditch somewhere. Ennoshita squeezes his hand and tugs gently to get Kuroo’s attention and when he finally opens his eyes it’s to the sight of Ennoshita’s blush stained cheeks and sheepish smile. Which, okay, does make things sting a bit less.
“Hey it worked.” Kuroo defends himself even though he doesn’t really feel like he needs to. As much as he dislikes being the butt of the joke he does enjoy seeing his friends happy and laughing and leaning into each other.
Ennoshita’s smile widens and he scoots closer until Kuroo can toss his arm around his shoulder and pull him against his side. Ennoshita runs his hand through Kuroo’s hair and makes a face at him and Kuroo makes one back.
“Gross,” Kenma deadpans from Kuroo’s other side. “PDA much?” Kuroo glances down to where Kenma’s back is pressed into Kuroo’s arm and then to where Kenma’s legs are draped across Nishinoya’s lap and his feet are sitting in Yaku’s lap. Kenma stares back at Kuroo through his bangs.
Nishinoya’s giggles have tapered off and Tanaka is leaning against the front of the couch, elbow near Kenma’s hip, and staring at them.
“What?” Ennoshita’s blush darkens as they all stare at him.
“Uh, kiss?” Nishinoya prompts. Ennoshita’s jaw drops a little and then drops further when Kuroo turns and winks at him.
He can hear Kenma protesting the fact that Tanaka is covering his eyes with his hand to “protect his virtue” and Yaku starts cackling and Nishinoya is whistling and there’s some other cacophony coming from the rest of the room but the majority of his attention is on Kuroo’s soft lips curved into a smile as they press against his own.

“I was trying to be smooth,” Kuroo says. Or at least that’s what Chikara thinks he says. It’s hard to understand him when his face is buried in his hands and his cheeks are a brilliantly distracting red that matches the Nekoma jacket draped around Chikara’s shoulders.
“Smooth as a pineapple,” Chikara teases, one hand clutching the jacket in place and the other slipping around one of Kuroo’s forearms to try and tug his hands away from his face. Kuroo groans in mortification and shakes his head. “Hey.” Chikara’s voice is soft and he tugs again. “I like pineapples.”
His cheeks turn pink when Kuroo freezes and spreads his fingers wide to peek down at Chikara through them. He bites his lip and tugs one more time. Kuroo relents and Chikara grins when he drags Kuroo’s hand from his face and tangles their fingers together.
