Reply to @mattbeall - "Agents need simple, bare bones CRM"
Just finished reading Matt Beall's post on how "Agents need simple, bare bones CRM"
I agree with most of the points in the post, most CRM tools on the market are designed for the enterprise and the UI/UX design reflects it. Highrise is an exception in my opinion though, their UI is simple and easy to use for most types of people's skill level.
I'd like to close in on Matt's last point as I think it summaries the post and is precisely what Unifyo is all about...
Try something different. Something simple. Bare bones. CRM that does only the most basic and important thing a CRM should do: tracking who said what, to whom and when.
Unifyo doesn't replace a CRM, but simply using Unifyo to connect all your team's communication channels (email, social media etc) could be an effective solution to solve this problem for agents.
What do you think?
Multiple reports: Microsoft will buy social enterprise business Yammer
But does the move make sense for Microsoft, who appear set to make the second billion-dollar social media acquisition of 2012? While Yammer has cornered a sizable portion of the social-enterprise market, with highly anticipated IPOs like Zynga and Facebook sliding, many believe the tech bubble may burst soon. So, what do you think? Smart move by Microsoft to stay competitive in social media, or too little, too late? (Photo via Mashable) source
