Not one of our traditional builds but a more bespoke solution for a client. Due to the width and depth of this garden building we’re using structural timber that will both span the depth, whilst also supporting the large roof. Although keeping within 30sqm (permitted development and without requiring building regs) we have gone the extra mile with the insulation (100mm Celotex), extra expense for the roof and additional support in the walls to carry the load. Tomorrow the roof will go on (praying for nice weather🙏🏼☀️).
