Entimos Coffee: Kenya Nyeri Kiambara AB espresso
Honestly, I don't usually go in for SO espressos. I find that their flavor profiles have (at least in the past) been underwhelmingly one-sided and simple. When I enjoy espresso, my experience is multifaceted and dynamic which lends itself to carefully orchestrated blends. This single origin (SO) espresso is different.

What I found most compelling about this coffee was that the syrupy fruit quality was inescapable. It followed me from the initial aroma experience all the way through the finish. The flavor was like a wild honey or chocolate syrup- sweet with definite berry notes. Full body, like a motor oil viscosity, fruit soda sweetness and effervescence combined to create a completely satisfying experience. When used in a 5oz cappuccino, the espresso smoothed out even further to produce something that almost seemed to be raspberry flavored. This is a good single origin espresso. Skeptics, test it out.
