Distinguishing Features: Missing a tooth on the left side of his mouth. Digitigrade animal-like legs. Arms have an extra joint making them looks like slightly off-putting human arms with 2 forearms.
Clothing: Dapper/classy dark blue suit that matches his hair and a large brimmed hat that sometimes emit light. Somehow ft his talon-like feet inside human-like dress-shoes.
Way of speaking: Speak rarely, is rather “fake polite”
** BEHAVIORAL OVERVIEW **
#3405 is a tall humanoid with 4-jointed arms (1 shoulder - 2 elbows - 1 wrist). He has long dar hair covering his eyes, a large pointy nose and a big smile filled with straight yellowed teeth. He always smiles, even if in states of anger.
The entity seem to only appear in low visibility areas such as night time, poorly light rooms, foggy days and snow storms. Note our low visibility test showed that the entity needs to breathe as he never appeared in any of the test-rooms hermetically sealed or completely flooded with liquid. In addition to low visibility another factor for his presence seems to be people experiencing distress. #3405 seen to be attracted to people experiencing fears from walking around at night, having nightmares or general paranoia. However it’s important to note that the entity does not directly interact with these ‘prey’ and instead just observe them from afar unless they themselves approach him. It’s unclear what his motives are, we suspect he might be feeding on that fear in some way.
Speaking of feeding, the only food #3405 has been seen consuming is fish, with a preference for canned sardines. He has not been seen eating anything else nor drinking water - another reason to suspect he sustain himself by absorbing fear and not by consuming normal food. We’ve yet to see him expel any of the fish eaten, perhaps he does not have a digestive tract the way we do and is somehow capable of converting all matter ingested into energy without producing waste.
#3405 is an entity that the facility hasn’t been able to contain yet. Multiple captures were successful but always short-lived as the subject always escaped within a few hours. His ability to somehow fit himself through fist-sized holes paired with surprising strength considering his muscle-mass has made it difficult to keep him locked down. He has been able to slip out of any cuffs, pried off panels of his cells and fled through the cracks somehow. Despite all ot capture attempts and sample collection #3405 has remained rather non-hostile toward both the facility staff and civilians. Even when harmed he rather fled than employed self defence.
The only few instances of #3405 showing any hostility or outright harming individuals was in situation where he was referred to as “The Hatman”. We’ve et to discover why this trigger such a response. Mentioning the Hatman to him as a third person such as whether or not #3405 know him or not resulted in the entity leaving immediately without saying a word. Talking about Horses also illicit a similar response which is odd since the entity seems to show fondness for cowboy-related topics (he has passively mentioned cowboys riding bisons instead of horses a couple times).
** ENCOUNTER PROCEDURES **
> Never refer to #3405 as The Hatman nor mention it in his presence
> If encountered while already in a state of anger, offer him fish to eat (any fish will do even raw fugu was ingested by #3405 with no adverse effects)
> Tailored containment space not being yet ready, prioritise information & bio-sample collecting over capture
> We’d appreciate seduction attempt as a tactic to potentially gather more information on the entity’s biology
** ADDENDUM **
We still do not know what relationship this entity has or had with The Hatman and while it’s recommended not to mention it in his presence, we still very much would love to either more information on the topic. If any other entities related to either #3504 or the Hatman in encountered we need to pry them for all information possible.
