So many of you have wanted to take part, have legally been able to, but have been financially UNable to take part in the Spirit Companion Community. We want everyone to be able to dip their toes in the realm of the unknown. Though there are ways to earn it through our points system, this is another way you could come in contact with your next (or first!) spirit friend.

Here are the ways in which you can enter:

⚜ Post a review on Tumblr or Creepy Hollows Forums. Be honest! Submit to us a link on Anon or an email to [email protected] with info on your post if it is on CH. Make sure and tag us if it is on tumblr. 

⚜ Post a writing on your experiences with entities/spellwork/readings from us.

⚜ Post a reflection on one of our walkthroughs or pathworkings (you can find some for free right here.)

⚜ Post a photo with your vessels, workbook, amulet, or anything else that came from us. Get creative!

⚜ Share a story, real or fictional, based upon your spirit guides that you connected with through MM.

⚜ Start a conversation about MM’s entity connections on a forum or on Tumblr. Get at least 2 replies for it to count as an entry. 

⚜ Have a different idea? Email us at [email protected] and propose it to us…we may say yes!

Obtaining Legal Advice for Entity Adoption

The process of entity adoption begins by filing a petition with the court. In most cases, an attorney is involved in preparing the petition. The attorney may also place the child through an intermediary and file the necessary legal papers to finalize the adoption. If you hire an attorney to represent you, the adoption process will be more efficient and expedited. But if you have a difficult time understanding the legal process, you should seek legal assistance. Having an attorney on your side can help you navigate the process and ensure that your child's best interests are protected.

If you decide to adopt through an entity, you need to be prepared for a long process. First, you must obtain the consent of the child's biological parents. Once this is done, a third-party adoption agency will conduct a home study. They will review your home and conduct criminal background checks on the people living in your home. Next, the adoption process may take months or years. If you are choosing entity adoption, it is important to remember that you need both parties to agree on the plan and time-sharing.

In most cases, the final judgment of entity adoption will permanently terminate the parental rights of the birth parents and change the child's name. The adoptive family must file a new name change with the vital statistics office. An attorney will prepare the paperwork. The child's original birth certificate is sealed and not available to anyone. The new birth certificate will show the adoptive parents as the natural parents and state the child's new name. A final judgment of entity adoption is final and binding for all parties involved.

Before proceeding, it is important to inform the biological father. Florida adoption lawyer requires the adoption entity to notify the unmarried biological father of the adoption plan. The notice must be served thirty days before the adoption entity initiates the adoption process. In addition, the entity must secure a signed Affidavit of Non-Paternity and an executed Adoption Consent before the adoption can take place. After the notice of intended adoption has been served, the biological father will have to act to avoid default or waiver of his rights.

A certificate issued by the Secretary of State certifying the adoption will be considered conclusive evidence by courts and Federal agencies. In addition, a certified adoption will be recognized by all State and Federal laws as valid. If you're interested in adopting an entity, get in touch with a local lawyer and learn how to file the necessary documents. So don't delay any longer.

To begin the transition process, determine when you will adopt the new standard. The FASB suggests beginning the fiscal year or interim period in which the new standard will be effective. Then, record the expense associated with the warrants using their new fair-value-based measurement. It will take a while to make the transition. However, the transition adjustment will be worth the effort. The cost of the new entity adoption will be less than the costs of preparing for the transition.
