Considering Alphinaud has gotten older and is an adult in your timeline, have you thought about what he'd look like if you made him in game? I'm curious about you'd reimagine him using the limited options we have.

That’s a good question!! I’m actually honestly not sure. The one thing I like about Alisaie and Alphinaud is the fact that they use a completely unique face model that sets them apart from any other NPC in the game.

I wanna say Alphinaud in shadowbringers (if you’re taking my headcanons for the timeline into account that is) would look more mature and taller than he was in ARR, but it’s also kind of hard to describe what exactly he’d look like without defaulting to just “adult elezen face 1/2/3”. Which again, I like that Alphinaud looks unique and as much as it’d be nice to see SE update his model to reflect him being an adult by now, I don’t quite like the idea of him sharing a default elezen face that can be easily replicated / cloned by other players / NPCs, if that makes sense! We have enough same face syndrome in the game as it is. 

Oh! The best way to show you what I imagine is to link you to this fanart of older Alphinaud and Alisaie! They retain most of their unique facial features that makes them recognizable, but the structure of their face is noticeably sharper and mature looking. And of course, they’re taller and have a more sophisticated hairstyle!

Lucas has gotten better about accepting positive attention from people lately, but he still reacts very poorly to what he perceives as baseless attempts to puff him up or appeal to his ego.

Thiri doesn’t date people who are bad at managing their money. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to be rich to date her, you just have to be good at budgeting, and that budget has to include her. She also doesn’t date career musicians (they’re categorically bad at managing money).

Remy avoids anyone whom he suspects is more into the idea of him than the reality of him (which is almost everyone).

Jared is likely to give almost anyone a chance as long as he senses that they have an interest in him, although he occasionally has a tendency to erroneously assume that someone’s intentions for him are purely platonic, when in fact they are romantic (even if he has a sexual relationship with them -- perhaps even more likely if he has a sexual relationship with them). This is more common with men than with women.
