Series of a post- For those who want to be more environmentally conscious this year here’s how:
-walk to places that are within reach or use public transit.
-If you want, you can bike it.
Reasons as to why you should do this:
You’re getting exercise which will help you stay healthy in the long run, you get to enjoy nature, brings your carbon footprint down and when you go to sleep it’s going to be even more blissful
By using transit, you get to go on mini adventures, observe people that you normally don’t see (might help you with a character working on for a story)
While you’re going somewhere and using transit, you’re able to do things that you aren’t allowed to do while driving; reading a book, having your headphones in, going on your phone, etc.
When the global pandemic has ended and you want to travel, buy a day pass (which should cover all your transit for a day) ; it would be cheaper seeing how you won’t have to spend money on gas (which can be expensive), plus it would faster (subways-or whatever version you’ll be using) don’t experience traffic
By walking, biking or using public transit- less cars are being put on the road, which also prevents traffic, meaning even less pollution
