Past Lifts
On a quick note, as far as notable past lifts, I wanted to add a few things here. Singer Sewing Machine ~$300. A single magnet strip inside. The store I went into didn’t have electronic monitors at the doors, so I just put it in my cart and walked out. (A non-supercenter Walmart before a renovation) Singer Serger ~$300, Walmart. Same situation as before, just a week or so later. I never went back to this store, since it was several cities away. Countless packages of sewing machine needles (Over 20, I believe.) $100+. Car accessories. Basically oil, lubricants, gas additives, car mats, gloves, tools, coolant, air fresheners. Basically anything that was inexpensive and didn’t have a tag. My car leaks lubricants, so I always need more. Food. Particularly from Meijer, were there was a place to sit and eat, kind of like a food court. I’d grab the food I wanted to eat (usually a box of Sushi, a coke/fruit juice, and some fruit), sit and eat it, then throw the packages away. I’d sometimes carry a receipt from days previous, but I had never gotten asked for it. Particularly good because I was jobless, and had to go to college all day 3 days a week with no money for lunches. Nobody even looked twice. Sometimes I’d read magazines. I’d say I ate over 20 lunches that semester, probably more. $300.
