Digimon World Re:Digitize Part 1

I started playing Digimon Re:Digitize a couple days ago, I actually got it a few years ago but my Japanese wan't good enough to really enjoy it/follow it and I was too stubborn to look up walkthroughs LMAO

So the story starts off with the main character (Default name; Taiga) being throw into the Digital world after cracking a strange passcode that suddenly appeared on his computer. He runs into the same Agumon whom he was raising back in the human world on the computer and he suggests they go ask Jijimon in the Village of Beginnings what's going on and why the player was sent to the Digital world. On the way we ran into a strange Gabumon who seems to have an odd black aura around it. After visiting Jijimon, he suggests we train up a bit and then go challenge that Gabumon. After defeating Gabumon he returns to the Village working at a Storage store, which he then opens. Returning to Jijimon, he says having more Digimon come to the Village of Beginnings will help improve its convenience and status, and that if we can, we should go out and find more Digimon to invite. Other than that, Greymon asks about finding out just WHY the player was brought to the Digital world. Jijimon mentions that although he does not know, he recommends we go visit the 'Memorial Stela', a giant storage that keeps all data in File Island. Thus we decide to set out on both those quests, and after running into another human whom the player knew in the human world, who calls himself ‘Niko’, we start heading out to find some more Digimon to bring back to the Village...
