what is your biggest insecurity?

“wow, really going for the heavy-hitters, aren’t we. it’s fine. i have no more dignity left to lose. i guess you could say my biggest insecurity is a tie between my deteriorating mental health and the ever-intrusive knowledge that i’m little more than a speck of dust on the grand glass pane of human history, but my height – that also comes in at a very close second.”

if there was something you would change in our relationship growing up, what would it be?

. . . I think I would’ve just been around more, you know? I already had a career, I was here, there, and everywhere — so I missed more than I’d ever have wanted to. I’m trying to make up for it, but I don’t know if that time is ever replaceable. But our parents were so adamant that if I was going to be allowed to act, I had to achieve things, so I always felt this pressure to prove I was right. And that sucks. I should’ve had a real life too, outside of who everyone thought I was.

Why do you trust Lucifer? Nobody else trusts him

Because I know how much everyone needs someone who’s really, genuinely in their corner — someone they feel comfortable being themselves around. And I think I have pretty good intuition when it comes to who to trust by now, and I trust that he wouldn’t do anything that would hurt me, and I vice versa. We’re friends, and I care about him a great deal, more than I think he realises, and I hope he knows he can come to me about anything.

Favorite comfort food?

McDonald's. Literally anything from McDonald's. Especially the mozzarella sticks, but we don’t have them here — might have to take a trip to Europe sometime.

Would you ever do charity work?

I do! I started one three years ago after coming out as non-binary: it helps LGBTQ+ people get into the acting industry & funds the telling of our stories, because I figured I wouldn’t do great at producing or directing myself, so I’d help out those who are but don’t have the means to. Alongside that, I like to help people through college, particularly if they’re pursuing drama education. I’m very proud of it — it really makes me feel like I’m doing something.
