Quite possibly the raddest guy in the world #EOEexperience (at Debonair Music Hall)
After a really rough few months, this was exactly what I needed. Met my absolute idol and someone who helped me embrace who I am, and the guy who’s music speaks to my soul. So grateful for this experience 🖤#eastofeli #westleigh #eoenewyork #eoeexperience #highlineballroom

East of Eli Experience “East of Eli ft. Chyler Leigh at The Cavern Club”
When you read the words “Hollywood stars coming to Liverpool”, it is definitely a headline you have to check twice. Hollywood stars don’t come to Liverpool, it just doesn’t happen. It is not until you see who the Hollywood stars are and their reasoning behind the visit, that you truly understand. Nathan West and Chyler Leigh, actors/artists by trade and good people by nature, came to Liverpool with their charity (Charity Pulse). Their aim was to host 2 benefit concerts in the name of St. Vincent’s (A caring school for the sensory impaired) in none other than The Cavern Club. As a fan of EOE, Chyler and Jordan’s band “City of Sound” and as someone from Liverpool, there was no way on earth I would have missed the opportunity to be a part of an amazing event in an historic venue. Having already seen bits of the 2 shows in Zurich I thought I knew roughly what I was getting myself into…I was wrong. As Chyler said on the night “This is the EOE Experience” and honestly, I have never experienced anything like it. I may have attended on my own, but I have never felt so at home and comfortable in a room full of strangers as I did then. There was this unbelievable connection between the guys on stage and everyone watching, for us to be able to see those who have had such an impact on our lives up close is somewhat of an unforgettable experience. Words can’t describe the amount of talent that have been blessed upon to amazing people such as Johann and Jordan. For me, it was clear to see that they are two people very much in love with what they do for a living and if anything the closing of the show highlights this perfectly. I remember the show ending with Nathan collapsed on the floor as everyone rocked out to the very end, smiles on every one of their faces. Although I never got the chance to meet these amazing people, that is more than okay with me. The fact that I got the chance to be in the same room with them and listen to the music live was more than enough for me and honestly, I left The Cavern that night thinking I could probably go and conquer an island somewhere. This concert was the first thing I had ever done on my own (so much so I didn’t even tell my best friend and she was also at the show), it was the first time I had overcome my anxiety and not needed someone there to hold my hand. For this I will always be thankful to Nathan, Chyler, Jordan and Johann for giving me the courage to step out on my own. It was a big step for me, and I haven’t looked back since. #loveoverfear

With today having been my last day at ACME's Starbucks (I leave for French Woods on Friday and when I come back in September I got hired at an actual Starbucks!) so to celebrate, I decided to take my work hat (which is a pretty kick ass awesome hat) and add a little something to cover up the ACME logo!!!! Basically I moved my #EastOfEli patch from my TARDIS bad TO MY HAT!!! It was the perfect size! I have another work at that I might put a DEO logo on!! #chylerleigh #eoeexperience @eastofeli @chy_leigh @johannfrank @wrighteousj @anglives #fanporium #fanporiumpatches (at Suffern, New York)
