NP Co-op Extraordinary Annual General Meeting (EOGM) (25 Nov 2022 Friday 3.30 p.m.)
The EOGM and Sharing by Mr. Ben Lee (NP Alumni, Chinese Media & Communications, School of Humanities and Social Sciences) on his Entrepreneurial Journey was conducted virtually on 25 Nov 2022 at 3.30 p.m. via Zoom.
At the start of the EOGM, there were 26 number of members in attendance, thus the meeting was adjourned for 30 minutes pursuant to para 5.11 of the NP Co-op By-Laws and the members present was deemed the quorum.
The members then approved the appointment of DLA NFK as the External Auditor for NP Co-op for the audit of financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2023 and for the Board (Committee of Management) to set the audit fees.
After the EOGM, the Co-op Internal Auditors independently picked the three lucky draw winners for the following prizes. We congratulate all lucky winners who have won the following:
First Prize: A Pair of Airpod Pro 2 Ear Buds (Gwee-Tan Yang Noi)
Second Prize: $50 Fairprice Voucher (Ng Shi Ping)
Third Prize: $20 Fairprice Voucher (Lim Hock Chuan, Johnny)
All winners have been informed on the procedure to collect their prizes.
A token of appreciation would also be given to Mr. Ben Lee for his heartfelt and insightful sharing on the challenges of starting and maintaining a language and communication enrichment business.
