I killed death...
No, really. I killed him. OSWALD, my personification of Death in my main WIP Eosophobia, has been cut from the project.
There’s a lot of reasons to cut him, but the biggest is that I was trying to cram too many stories into one. Oswald is a fantastic character, but his arc was the least important of the four main ones. Without him, Eos is just a straight up soft scifi novel, rather than a science fantasy one--which, to me, seems like a bonus as far as cleaning up the story goes.
But since I was really in love with Oswald--his sass, his rubber ducky rain boots, and his chain smoking habits--he’s getting his own project. RIP. I’ll be posting about it soon! 💖

An end of summer update
So I managed to change my schedule for my university courses so that I'll have more free time on Fridays AND Mondays. Yay, long weekends! So maybe when I'm not studying, I can gradually work a little bit on my fanfic projects in between. I'm not entirely sure, though. But depending if it works, I'll have to have some very busy Tuesdays and Thursdays, which means not only I'll find those days exhausting, I'll probably miss a bunch of new CN premieres. And on top of THAT, due to the intensity of the drought, I'm practically forced to move out of my house and have to live in an apartment. It's going to get a little intense for me since this apartment is far from my university, so I have to get up early to boot. And if it DOESN'T work as I hoped... things might get a little bit more complicated in the future. So yeah, if I'm not online at ALL during those days, that's probably why.
