Run BTS: 096 | Let's Play with BTS part 2
Original Air Date: 17 MAR 2020 Episode Length: 36:33 Total Parts: 2 YouTube English Subtitles: No Title Song: Idol
Synopsis: Continuing the previous episode with more games from their childhood
Production: More of the same endearing confusion as the last episode. i will also say that I've felt particularly lost with the subtitles both of these eps as well. There's a lot of words translated by the members and long captions at the same time. Usually I don't feel lost so frequently but these two eps had a lot of moments where I couldn't catch everything.
Endearment: The guys are still in great spirits. even having activities in the middle of the day that took some time and attention to detail. I'm reminded of the various vlives where we see them working on some project of assembling something.
Winner: JM
Loser: JH
Best Cheater: JK, using his maknae privilege to get the lane he wants in the model car race.
Member Moments:
RM: RM, the god of Destruction immediately losing parts to his model car.
JN: Jin's iconic moment of taking the top he wants.
YG: Again, Yoongi being so confident with his top and then losing at the last moment to Hobi.
JH: Hobi rolling his eyes at the members trying to make him laugh during the floating ball game.
JM: ROCK BISON!!!
V: Tae's car going off the track when they were so confident in it.
JK: JK is almost too adorable for words this episode.
Bonus Content: Again, the bonus content in these eps is just so lovely. nice little moments. I have a question though for our fashion-minded friends. i dont particularly remember clothing logos getting blurred out specifically in the Run bonus content. i know it usually will be in some of the youtube content we get for their mvs and such but the blurring particularly stuck out to me here. my guess would be it had something to do with either an agreement production had with these brands to only include their product in the final cut of the show. maybe because they didnt want fo get brand approval on a cut of just bonus content? or maybe they're just doing it to give their main content better leverage for brand power? maybe it's purely just a distribution thing and since the bonus content wouldn't have aired via the same methods as the episode itself? idk, just thoughts if any of you have any insight.
