- SPECIAL NOTE FROM US - hey, guys! we’ve been discussing some things and would love to have your input, you are welcome to have an open discussion with us in discord or contact us individually if that’s better or more comfortable for you! :) the anon ask is always open, too. we’ve noticed a lull in activity over the past week or so - and we know you have, too! it happens and we totally understand. but we’ve noticed that it’s not just lack of time able to write, but a lack of muse for a lot of us. honestly, we were really excited to get things up and running when we first began! we’re starting to see that we could have done some things differently when we opened - and that’s where we want to get your input!
we talked about doing a soft reset. if we did this, you’d be welcome to keep, drop, or change any character that you want. this will help us get an idea of which characters are staying and going, mostly just to help people you might have plots with so they know if they need to revamp or change some things. we’d also be a little more intentional about activity and checking in with you guys. this is to help us (so we know which blogs are still active) and your writing partners (so they aren’t hanging on to plots if you’ll be gone for a bit.) we also talked about a character limit to help with fleeting muses. we know from experience how it is to have an idea for a character, only for it to fizzle out a few days later. but in general, we’d just make some little tweaks here and there to hopefully help muse flow a little better. with the soft reset, some slight changes may occur on the main but nothing major!
tl;dr -- we LOVE you guys and we’ve had a blast these last few months. we hope to have many more with you, so that’s why we’d like to do what we can to make this group the best experience we can make it. we are open to any and all suggestions and would love to have this conversation with you.
