A member asks for help in signing a petition to "Legalise Pagan & Wiccan Handfastings in England and Wales" http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/74615 "I have created the petition below and it has now been accepted online so this is a call out for all likeminded Pagan, Wiccan, Druid, Spiritual people to please read, sign and share as much as you can. We need 100,000 signatures in order for it to be eligible to be debated in the House of Commons. The down side....I have just found out that we only have until 30th March 2015 before all petitions will be closed, so my timing wasn't great as if I had waited we could have had up to a year!! Online pressure needs to be blended with offline work.

It's good for more reformist change.

...so not really first in a radical's toolbox, necessarily, but every now and again it's a useful tactic e.g. local issues that can get a lot of traction in relatively closed networks, raising awareness of a previously unheard of issue.
