did you have to bleach your hair before dyeing it? my hair is very curly and i've been thinkin about dyeing all of it teal (i already have a section of it teal) but anytime i bleach it, my curls get damaged and sad. your curls seem intact and fab so i was wondering how you dyed it
i did not wash my hair for like a week and put coconut oil on it like a ton cos my hair really just absorbed it like the day before leading up to bleaching it. it was honestly so disgustingly greasy lmao. it came out this gross ass dark orange patchy mess the first time so i bleached it twice in 2 days which u r really not suppose 2 do i put coconut oil in between the bleachings u know so it could get greasy and stuff again. the second time it came out like still patchy tbh but ligther and i probably shouldn've done a toner thing but i didn't. like my hair is a bit damaged tho even tho my curl pattern is fine it could be a lot worse. it really depends onhow much ir hair can take and everyone's is different. and i'm not a hair expert ok! i get lots of questions about this tbh but this the first time i'm answering it.
