okay i just watched ephermal in the french dub and i will not give anything major away but…
i think it speaks volumes how chat wasn’t available for one pretty standard, run-of-the-mill villain fight at the beginning of the episode, and ladybug still felt the need to bring out every single one of the current miraculous holders just to make up for his absence. she relies on him so much that she called him 14 times throughout the fight and pulled out all the stops just to feel comfortable enough facing a villain without him. if that’s not reflective of how much she trusts chat noir i don’t know what is.
♥️Ephemeral redraw! This episode was absolutely wild and I definitely fan-girled quite a bit! I’d love to know what was going through her head at this moment. ♥️
Just finished binge-watching all of Miraculous Ladybug up to Ephemeral and um.
The entire plot of Ephemeral could have been solved if Ladybug just gave Chat Noir a freaking pager. Or a burner cell phone, or something. Hell, she bought the Miracle Box a flip phone, she could have gotten the same for Chat Noir. All she needs is a way to contact him when he’s detransformed, right? Like. WTF
