There is  too much  I can say about Ephorra. She is kind, she is evil. She is strong, she is broken. She started off as a  joke- a need for a villain in an RP -but  she grew into such a beautiful, complex character and I love her so much. 

She can use her magic to manipulate the shape of her cloak .
