Just figured you should know

Just figured I should let you guys know. Some anonymous guy came to my inbox on Tumblr and tried to give me JoJo’s dox. I have no plan of using and have not posted in, in fact I deleted the message. I do have a censored version [as in the name and age has been blacked out with MS paint] on my computer in case you would like some proof. Of course this is wrong and I think we can both agree with that, in fact it sickens me someone would think that my dislike for you guys would cause me to want to dox drop one of you.

…You know….I do this to myself.

I tell myself that I’m no longer gonna waste my time with Ephrom Josine because really, it’s the same cycle every time.

He insults someone in the community or makes up a shit accusation, we come to the person’s defense, and he goes on our case with more accusations and smug comments, all while sitting on his tumblr making commentary on political topics that he obviously has no knowledge of.

After the shit he said about 9/11 victims, I thought that was the bottom of the barrel and he had become “THAT GUY”, the person people begin to notice and want to avoid or marvel at their complete lunacy. I myself even thought “He can’t get worse…can he?”.

WELL HE DID.

Apparently someone sent him two anon questions (which raises some flags for me anyway, considering his content, either (A) He himself sent himself the ask (which would be sad really..), or a “friend” of who follows in this madness sent him the ask to again, poke at Sega.

As seen before, Jojo, Saturn, and myself did a retrospective on Josine’s little stupid video mocking Sega’s blocking and as usual, I was fucking livid. He had done at best four videos on Sega. One being about the fact that it was so stupid Sega went to the defense of her boyfriend, the other was where he took her peace offering out of context and made it seem like she was insulting the brony fandom, the reviewing community, and Voice, the recent video where he fucking “discussed” Sega’s terms and conditions to Peet after the bastard did a video mocking and insulting Voice of Reason and the aforementioned video where he found her blocking “hilarious”.

So basically from the looks of it:

Ephrom turned Sega into his secondary GoldenFox punching bag.

Aka

He’s bullying and harassing her.

And I have this one question:

Why.

Why the fuck are you harassing the shit out of Sega, Ephrom. And before you say ‘This isn’t harassment/bullying”, YES IT IS. You’ve made four videos fucking commentating on her and painting her in a negative life, you made several twitter posts on her, and even went as far as to question the fact she’d come to Voice of Reason’s defense when Peet decided to do a video on VoS.

She has a right to defend her boyfriend, or what you’ve fucking never had a loved one come to your defense on something like that? Guess not considering your fucking stalker like behavior.

She tried to fucking make peace with you because she felt there was more to you than your constant screeching and wild accusations and you instead kick her to the curb by accusing her of insulting bronies, the reviewing community, and Voice despite that’s not what she did.

And you in return stalk her, bitch about her posts criticizing Peet, and do two more videos on her.

JUST WHAT DO YOU FUCKING WANT.

Oh and better yet, Why do you fucking give two shits over the reviewing community. You have no knowledge of the community whatsoever, you snark and make petty comments towards all of them (The aforementioned comments on Sega and Golden, getting angry and whiny over the fact AnimeChristy blocked you when you fucking kept bothering and harassing her over the DCMA incident with Peet, getting owned by MagnaKamen after he was upset at the shit fact he got a strike on his channel and you proceeded to do a video on that, flat out accusing MisAnthroPony of being “biased” because he called out your third video on Sega, your entire fucking bullshit towards Ink Rose, and that’s to name a few). You claim to be a fucking fan of MLP despite the fact you’ve only recently started watching the later seasons and even then, showed complete lack of knowledge over certain things of the show like saying Scootaloo and Fluttershy are orphans (Scootaloo kinda, but even then it’s theorized that her parents aren’t around that much but Fluttershy?!). That’s a literal definition (and I really hate this term…) of a poseur.

That’s what you fucking are: A poseur.

And I know that someone will say ‘Well he has a right to say what he wishes”, except all Ephrom does is lie, lie, misinterpret, and then has the gall to present it as fact.

I am sick of you doing this shit because the community, for how flawed it was during Season 3-4, but they don’t deserve to have some pathetic, sad, low-life, self entitled, egotistical dickbag who thinks he can push out 5 videos a week ranting about people reviewing a show about magical horses, making wild accusations (in the same way as the same “McCarthy” term you obsess of) all while having this shit eating grin on his that shows everyone how fucking full you are of yourself because you think your fucking videos are all important.

They aren’t.

You do not matter Ephrom.

The Analysis community don’t care for you.

The fandom doesn’t care for you.

We don’t care for you.

And we sure as hell don’t think anybody else doesn’t.

Especially with the egocentric and complete lack of fucking empathy over everything else.

And again, knowing you, this will be the result:

I really have nothing to add towards DP’s comments on that dickwad…

What I do have to say something about is the person who’s asking these questions.

Firstly, if it’s really himself asking the questions then that’s just pure deplorable shit. The deep end of the pool of shit he’s wading through.

Secondly, and here’s where the real rage starts, if this was posted by someone else (I have a nagging feeling who):

What’s your fucking problem? You really think that is who Segasister is? You think that she’s a person that would only love a person for their fame? Sega has, and I got this from good sources, through some very VERY bad shit and Voice has probably been one of the first lights in her life. That’s love, pure and heartwarming love. She would do anything for him and she did. She came out of her shell to defend him against a sociopath and a waste of humanity, fully knowing that this creature could do so much harm in return. But did she falter in her resolve? No, she didn’t. And all because she LOVES Voice and I hope for them both that they will stay together for a VERY long time.

And even THINKING that she would cheat on him. Such a disgusting feat. You know who thinks those kinds of things? People who have never felt true love, someone who has never been in a real relationship. People don’t cheat on each other because they love each other, they cheat when one of the two partners isn’t good enough for the other. Did you go through that, anon? Weren’t you good enough? Didn’t you love your significant other enough? Probably, otherwise you wouldn’t be thinking this or asking this.

Sega and Voice don’t have this. They love each other. They are there for each other. Through good AND bad.

So, anon, I pity you. Pity that you’ve never felt true love and if you keep this sort of attitude up then you’ll never feel it. But hey, you always have the internet, where you can fap your troubles away and be an anonymous little shit that creeps on others’ happiness.

Difference between #RespectTheArtist and #WTFU

Seeing as Frofro doesn’t understand the obvious difference and Twitter is considerably bad to have a nice conversation with someone I decided to write this whole story down over here on the blog.

First BIG difference between the two is the usage of the content but I’ll explain them separately:

Respecttheartist: This hashtag was first made when Jerry Peet took a picture of AnimeChristy and slapped it unto his video without her permission or know of. We all know Christy asked Peet kindly to take away the picture and/or give credit in the description. Peet’s answer to that was to tell Christy to fuck off instead of taking two seconds to copy/paste a DA link. And afterwards he acted like a huge dick towards Christy and everyone who wanted to defend her. That’s how this hashtag came to be. Artists deserve the respect and exposure they have the full right of. 

The reason Peet’s video was taken down is (and listen carefully) because it was taken without the artist’s permission. That is, an artist who is underrated and has no way of taken the claim higher. It’s only RESPECTful to the artist that you give them some exposure.

WTFU or Where’s The Fair Use: This was started a few months back when Youtube made it far easier for companies to demonetize parody accounts or reviewer accounts, like the Nostalgia Critic or Cinemasins. 

“Fair use is a doctrine originating in the law of the United States that permits limited use of copyrighted material without having to first acquire permission from the copyright holder. Fair use is one of the limitations to copyright intended to balance the interests of copyright holders with the public interest in the wider distribution and use of creative works by allowing certain limited uses that might otherwise be considered infringement. Examples of fair use in United States copyright law include commentary, search engines, criticism, parody, news reporting, research, and scholarship. Fair use provides for the legal, unlicensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor test.” (Copy-paste from Wikipedia)

Shortly said, you can use movie or cartoon clips in short amounts if your video falls underneath the examples listed. 

MangaKamen’s video that was taken down falls under Fair Use as it was a review of Yu-gi-oh and he was using small snippets of the show to further enhance his points. Unless he posted a full on episode where he just said commentary over like Peet’s “In a Minute” videos. There is a reason why Peet edited the videos with the theatre overlay. 

Also the big difference between the two is that you can counterclaim a small artist, like Peet did with Christy but MangaKamen can hardly counterclaim a company without going to court.

Ya know, I’ll say it again: You’d think I’d be used to this already.

So before I get to the usual again, here’s a bit of back story:

For those who remember, I blocked the EJ because not only does he suck at debating (consisting of him saying “SO WHAT YOU’RE SAYING IS….” or some variation of that, alongside twisting everyone’s words around when you call them out) but because he has a rather nasty habit of tagging anybody who he dares dislike because attention.

Well because he’s been so crass over certain things lately (like you know, disrespecting the lives of those lost in 9/11 for a stupid conspiracy theory), I’ve been commentating on his twitter posts despite the fact he can’t nor see my responses. Yes it’s stupid for me to do that, especially if he won’t see what I posted. But as I mentioned, I have low tolerance to Ephrom’s obnoxious responses compared to Saturn’s responses to him. And again, my avoid of drama. It’s not an ego/echo chamber crap because if that’s the case, I would have blocked the political people he retweets because of my disdain towards politics. Which I don’t because people have a right to say what they want or discuss. Ephrom is just rude and loves starting crap.

Anyway…

Alright, to the video.

To AGAIN state the above: I have a low tolerance for you Ephrom. Very low tolerance. Saturn and the other guy have a much better tolerance for you, hence why they haven’t blocked you nor you done the same. Me on the other hand, do not and don’t actively get involved like crap drama like your stuff or the usual twitter hashtags unless it’s something incredibly hilarious.

I would have a discussion with you, but any point someone makes flies over your head, which by the way, happens a lot.

You also tend to forget that I did have discussions with you, which were the reblogs on this blog whenever JoJo and I responded to something you said or you reblogging to something we said.

Ya notice that I’d get easily angry compared to JoJo’s more calm demeanor?

Or does that not count in your mind like how communism is connected to Joseph McCarthy, the senator who was involved in HUAC, not Meghan McCarthy, the current show runner of MLP and apparently a higher up of sorts of Hasbro. (and if you say “It’s a joke” I swear…).

As for that very old post you referenced (I mean JoJo even said it was from the Ick-No-Anticorns days, aka what the blog was before you began to annoy us here), well here’s the thing: 

The difference between  rk_striker_jk-5 and myself is the former will block you for petty things, key word being petty. I haven’t blocked someone for petty crap, in fact the only times I’ve ever blocked someone are because either they’re assholes harassing others or if arguing with them became heated and almost malicious.

 You may it seem like you think I’ve blocked a lot of people when really, you’re the one blocked.

Seriously, the overly dramatic connecting to GASP, me being connected to the blog was not funny at the slightest. 

And to remind you, you’re not blocked here. So why complain over being blocked on twitter, since you can see replies anyway. Also funny considering you ahem called me (and a few others) ‘pathetic’ for blocking you because of your behavior:

Really, this video is more about you being salty at the fact we blocked you for your harassing behavior than ‘actual discussions’. Which ya know, you ruined by constantly tagging people like SapphieHeartsong/SegaSister over obnoxious crap or debating horribly with Burning Donut, and myself, we’ll I’ve repeated myself long enough :P.

TLRD: Ephrom’s annoyed I commentate on his crass posts since I blocked him (because again, he’s a pain to ‘discuss/debate’ with so I’d rather not waste my time and have low tolerance for his actions) and did a video stating I was “making up excuses” all while taking an old blog responses by JoJo in an attempt to make me look like an egotist despite the fact my ego is just as down as my will of existing so here’s another pointless response post.

..Well at least I did Saturn’s bingo card.

Time to dissect:

So JoJo showed this to the others and myself: MAP commented on Joseph Josine’s little “lol look at SegaSister trying to make peace” posts and while I wasn’t gonna comment on it, I think I just need to point it out.

So apparently, according to Josine, It’s bad that MisAnthro, ya know, the pony who became friends with a good few of Analysis members and knows how they are apparently is “biased” for calling him out on his video on SegaSister’s post.

Ya know, the video where he basically acts like an ass over the fact Sega’s trying to make peace with Peet and Lizzy. Despite not knowing them and being completely biased against anybody else who criticized Peet.

Also, Having “no logic but I scream” doesn’t make you charming.

If that were the case, Lars Von Trier’s pointless inclusions in movies would actually make sense.

Today we have ourselves an instance that induces frustration and pride in tandem. Frustration considering that Ephrom Josine, despite being an unwelcome presence in the Brony Community is trying to stick his mug into drama he doesn’t belong in. And pride because more people are standing up to the annoying mug.

Phase Two is a success, this is the kind of action I’m hoping to see where others are aware and defending themselves and people they respect.
