1:35 Yeah of course I changed the issue. With Goldenfox and Keyframe’s videos I just flagged them and didn’t take further action because they’re not MY pictures. I told Goldenfox that his art was used in the video’s thumbnail but he couldn’t be bothered and I respect his wishes. What I did was flag the video, it took me a page further and then it made me click an option that it was someone else’s copyrighted work that was used.

Now with MY artwork, that’s a whole DIFFERENT situation. You used MY picture, a chibi that I drew myself, that’s up on my deviantart and that’s under my copyright and ownership. The law of copyright is that you should have permission of the owner to use the copyrighted work and if you don’t rightfully know if you have permission that you credit it so the owner can find it back or viewers can find it back to the original place. 

Now when that owner comes across your video or collaboration piece or whatever thing you used their work in, they can outrightly tell you that they didn’t give you permission to use it and they can demand that you take down the video or take out the work they own. It’s their RIGHT as owner of that work to do that. And seeing as you used it as a thumbnail, it’s the first thing you see when you look at a video. A thumbnail is the reason you CLICK a video in the first place. It’s the reason why Phrommie started to use thumbnails so people don’t see his shit-eating grin as a thumbnail.

And yes, it’s still up because guess what? It doesn’t take IMMEDIATE effect when you flag something, especially when only one person flagged it. Now if I went on my profile over on DA and asked my followers to also flag the video then it could be that you have a problem. But I don’t want to spread your retardness further than it should go. Also yes, I received a mail from Youtube with a question for further information but I told him the issue had been solved.

Riddle me this Batman, but if Hasbro really had such a grudge against Keyframe like you do, would you think that her art, her t-shirts and youtube channel would still be up? Don’t you think if they took issue with this that it would all have been removed already? That every person that makes fanart of something would have immediatly gotten a C&D? No. Because you know why? Hasbro and every other company is getting free publicity with fanart.

And I can already hear you coming “hUrr DurR but videoz get taken down and buttonz adventures got taken down”. Yes, yes they did. But that’s because of a whole other reason. A reason E4B has already explained but I’ll reiterate for you: Button’s adventures and other MLPFIM videos of the actual episodes use the official thing of Hasbro. They lose money and views with that and they can’t have that.

I’ve come once again to bring you more of Peet’s…“Peetness” is what I wanna call it. A unique flavor of smugness combined with avoiding criticism and acting like a twat. Most people don’t seem to like it except for a odd group of likeminded individuals but hey, who am I to judge one’s tastes?

It's funny that the anonymous poster threw shade at a group celebrating their hard work. I don't want to start any wild goose chases, but I don't know why Last Alicorn would have posted this anonymously considering she is "Lily's Right-hand White Knight". (I don't know which positions Lizzie, Ephrom and Xain would occupy.)
