“This thing is my paw because I’m a Brown Bear. It’s smaller than Polar Bears but bigger than Black Bear’s.” The large bear girl glanced over the newcomer for a moment longer but couldn’t get much of a read from him. Were those Samurai swords?

“I mean I am a bear so I’m stronger than most animals. Dire Wolf is the only animal who’s managed to overpower me. Are you thinking about trying it yourself?” She turned and got into a fighting stance.

It wouldn't really be much of a speech, bur rather a big, long and tiring rant about everything she hates in her life.

And why wouldn't she rant about it?

She hates she was born in a poor situation, she hates being put in Tracen since she never wanted it too in the first place, she hates the lack of love of her mother, she hates the adults that never tried to help her, she hates that she was dealed those carts in life.

The second part is easy, at least 98% of any adults. Figures from authority or not, living with Reine and with adults constantly neglecting her for not being the "perfect" victim to believe her how Reine treated her she grew up not trusting them.

This also falls into figures of authority, from Symboli Rudolf or Yaeno Muteki, she doesn't like any authority.

The first one, it depends. Most of the time she only takes advice from people she actually cares about, example Geizt's Gray Stoke, Awoo's Masami, Nerf's Red Hare, Keks' Lomitas.

I say it depends since even then she wouldn't take a lot of their advice until she sees they really, really care about her and that takes time.

Ok so the question is vague enough, so I would just do my own interpretation.

Belle, doesn't have talent. Even if she is meant to win an undefeated career.

What she does is killing her own body in order to advance further, she is constantly putting her legs, knees, feet and everything in her body in constant risk to lose mobility on each race since that is the ONLY way she sees herself capable of winning.

She doesn't see herself as someone with talent either, since she is only able to participate in sprints during her condition and constantly is about to pass out during mile races.

And she only is able to defeat cleanly her rival Silver Sonata UNTIL someone that actually knows what are they doing help her.

Jun's character development from cold, withdrawn and repressed emotions to the flustered fool he is now was never really planned! So I guess the original idea in this case was he'd always be like he was originally was, or if he did open up it'd never be this much or become his default
