AAAAAAAHHHHH. My friend and I saw Wayne and Mimi Chu at Casino Rama yesterday at their concert :'D IT WAS AMAZING. Mimi's voice is so good, and Wayne was so. freaking. adorable. OH my god. I was sitting a bit too far away to see his face though, so I was a little disappointed.
About the show, though, it was pretty awesome 8D It was so loud but I got used to it after a while, ahaha. They both sang mostly older songs that I don't know the names of, but Wayne sang the Rosy Business and No Regrets themes! He sings pretty well, actually, but I think his voice suits the older songs more x) They both made hilarious jokes, too! A really funny moment was when Mimi Jeh got an audience member to sing with her in a song, and she gave him an English name. Richard Yan! HAHAHA, she's so funny and cute.
I'm so jealous of the people who sat near the front of the room cuz Wayne came down from the stage and walked like around the entire room! I WANTED HIM TO COME UP TO THE MEZZANINE, BUT NOPE :( He is actually sooooooo nice, taking the time to shake hands with all the people who went up to the stage after he went back up! He took like two minutes to shake hands with everyone from right to left...Holy. He was singing Guang Liang's Fairytale (Tong Hua) and made it two minutes longer LMFAO. He wore a completely white suit with a black shirt inside. HE LOOKED SO CUTE, OH GOSH, MY FRIEND AND I WERE DYING. While he sang one song, there were pieces of paper flying down from the ceiling to represent snow. It was so pretty! :') And Wayne asked if Canadians like snow a lot since it's so pretty, and everyone in the audience was like NOOOOOOOO! LMFAO. AND AND when Mimi made a joke about her and Wayne being a pair, Wayne said he doesn't date women older than him...I wanted to scream out Teresa's name! Cuz as you all know I'm a HUGE Wayne-Teresa shipper, HAHA! <3
I really wish I can go watch another show with them (or just Wayne, hehe) again! Hopefully I'll have money by then! XD
Fun times at Casino Rama with my brothaaaaaaa last night :D
Went to see the show that ended at 10:30 and the bus came at 2, so we derped around for three and a half hours, and did the following:
- took a billion drinks from complimentary beverages
- went to the washroom a few billion times
- fangirled over a poster while 40+ year old guys stared
- played around with the slot machines, pressing the buttons and getting fascinated by the music it played
- ate slowly for an hour or so
- got our IDs checked five times
- took pictures with the giant stuffed bear in the entertainment centre area and got weird looks by people passing us
What we didn't do: Actually gamble. I SWEAR THE PEOPLE THERE ARE STARING INTO THE SECURITY CAMERAS AND GOING WTF.
We were probably the youngest ones there to watch the show. The tour guide said we're 'interesting' girls xD Casino Rama is actually so pretty though :D I wouldn't mind going there again, ehehe~
