This Epic Bacon Wedge Salad Board is a delightful and visually stunning way to enjoy a classic wedge salad. It's perfect for gatherings and pairs the crispiness of iceberg lettuce with the savory goodness of bacon, the creaminess of blue cheese, and the tanginess of ranch dressing.
Ingredients: 1 large head of iceberg lettuce. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup balsamic glaze. 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Snow lettuce needs to be washed and dried. Take out the center and cut it into quarters. Place the pieces of iceberg lettuce on a large platter or serving board. Spread the iceberg lettuce quarters with the ranch dressing and balsamic glaze. On top of the lettuce, spread out the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and blue cheese. Add crispy bacon bits and chopped fresh chives to the salad. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve right away and enjoy!
