Adapting To Change
Epic laid out his final tracklist on the table. He and his team has been working overtime to make sure they had the right songs for his first EP release. The newly anticipated music was set to launch in two days.
Unable to come to a full decision, he laid the papers to the side.
“This shit gettin irritating, I put a lot of work in each song and all I can release is three?”
One of his reps spoke up, “EP’s are made to give your fans a taste of what’s to come for your album. It’s all press and promotion. If you give them more than that, then what’s the use? You might as well call it an album, Epic, you gotta give them something to want more.”
His team agreed with nods here and there. One thing epic liked about the people he worked with, is that they gave honest opinions; he didn’t want them saying yes to everything just because of who he was.
“I hear y’all, well shit, place em in a jar and let’s pull then. I’m ready to get this over with.”
Epic pressed the intercom for Gianna. “Yo babe, we hungry down here, what’s taking you ?”
