It's Epidemius,the Maggot King! And damn is he an old, ugly model, so much so that I decided to replace some parts and add some others to try make it look a bit better.

The hourglass that he comes with had some interesting parts attached it it so I changed the angle to a much more casual raising position.

I replaced the skulls on the chair and the top of one of the flags with skulls from the skull box and some green stuff,I also replaced the sword with a quill and parchment, which was my first time sculpting something like it.

Then I added a banner from the nurgle plague bearers kit on the back, and some more skulls cut from the kit and the skull box onto the ground, and then I carved some of the sprues from the box into bone spikes to add to the chair.

Also he comes with a unique horrid nurgling.
