and nocturne just side eyes him and flicks an ear dismissively at all of his hard work, turning back to whatever he was focusing on/smoking a cigarette, doesn't even say no verbally, which is almost worst.
marazhai just gets so ragebaited by it that it overrides his critical thinking processes, and overplays his hand at trying to get nocturnes attention (fucks with the rogue trader? messes up one of nocturnes plans? something outrageous) and it finally ends with what he wants" getting brutalized physically and sexually, and potentially losing his virginity in a horrifying way.
he just ends up a leaking, bruised, hazy eyed, bleeding mess on his nest, while nocturne contemplates putting out another cigarette out on him, or pulling him up by his hair for another round. guess it depends on the next soft noise marazhai lets out.
do you perchance have headcanons regarding everyone's height or is there a way to read the scalings ingame? not sure how to do it, but i guess you have to start learning somewhere

I think ever having engaged with Calligos in any sexual way, while being this intelligent, orderly and aware, is the cruelest and most embarrassing fetish you could've bestowed on Incendia in her POV, (lovingly)(also having feelings in general).
I don't even wanna know how many lashes one night with Calligos accounted for initially, because that number has grown exponentially.

yeah, i mean… i also think it’s hyper-embarrassing for incendia in general since, well, the reverend is a lying piece of shit, of course, but i do like the idea (which is not me saying it's canon) that incendia, before being frozen, was a lil outrageous or naughty, because a lot of nobles in the imperium are. i ramble about it below the cut.
also, for the latter half, i can see it, but i don't write/enjoy any content with focus on anal/that hole, sorry! that's kinda why i don't write rimming, pegging, etc, and i'm even pretty lacking on visceral descriptions of the anal part during dp + a lot of my m/m works.
i’m not saying she was worshipping at altars of chaos or anything, but i do think she was more of a typical, bratty noble, who sort of pushed the boundary on what was acceptable for her to do, and wasn’t as extremely pious or militant with herself/standards as she is shown in game, and even then, she's still pretty haughty in game.
definitely messed around, indulged in intoxicants, shrugged off responsibilities, and was, in general, way more loose about the rules and regulations that applied to her. the reverend, who, again, is biased, says this:

but, again, he also states this:
"I have tainted my hands with the blood of scores of helpless men and women; then, for years, I tortured an heir to a sacred Warrant and lied to her, albeit with what I believed were good intentions. Yes, the blessed Incendia became a model servant of the Imperium, but the path toward that was paved with many crimes. My crimes."

so it's very... it fits the story the reverend tells if incendia was a redeemed martyr, being redeemed from possibly her own actions + assuredly the blood taint of aspyce (as heresy is believed to be carried in the blood in the imperium), but we just don't know because the game hates me and refuses to give me more incendia content. unlike calligos and aspyce, who do have prior background lore in the rogue trader ttrpg background books, 'dia is new...
all that to say, i portray her as doing a huge 180 on it, and while the game isn’t explicit about her sex life, it is explicit about her being opposite to calligos in nearly every way, even down to the paths they can go on (calligos has a heretical path and is actively falling to chaos/incendia does not have a heretical path and is actively falling to zealotry, calligos has a cool toned portrait/incendia has a warm toned portrait, calligos is melee focused/incendia is ranged focused, calligos has numerous heirs/incendia is confirmed to have zero heirs, calligos has red as his main colour/incendia has green as her main colour, male/female, older than her/younger than him, i even gave them different but side by side tarots, i can go on and on…)
so if calligos is a massive whore as evidenced by his… everything, but specifically his line where incendia describes his palace as a brothel:
"Calligos, you should take this opportunity to learn — this is what the palace of a true Rogue Trader looks like. Not like a xenomenagerie, a pirate's treasure hold, or — however difficult it may be for you to believe it — an orbital brothel."
which, again, is a biased line, but,
him having multiple heirs:
"Why, are you already planning to take it for yourself?" Calligos's upper lip twitches in a menacing half-smile. "The Winterscale dynasty is greater than me alone. The affairs of the protectorate will be handled by the heirs and servants who indulge themselves in that miserable game of politics. That dreary fate no longer appeals to me."
and that line he has, on his heretical ending, yes, fair, that seems to me that he’s angling for a threesome with marazhai + the rt if marazhai is romanced:
"And yet your flagship is cramped and unbearably dull." Winterscale looks you in the eye and flashes an almost good-natured smile. "If you keep delaying your hunt with me, I will have to hold it on one of the decks. To relieve my boredom, so to speak."

then, i am naturally led to the conclusion that, as his reverse, incendia doesn’t have sex at all, or, if she does, very little.
not saying she doesn’t masturbate, hey, we all gotta get off sometimes (though, i can see the logic behind an asexual incendia too - though, ace people can masturbate too, really, it's complex and a spectrum), alongside how i think her sex drive is low but intense when it does rear its head, it just sort lends to my belief that incendia has some intimacy issues, and finds it humiliating to want anything that doesn't directly help her faith. i mean, she even refuses intoxicants, so denying sex isn't a huge leap of logic:

and especially embarrassing with calligos. but, i also think that it's only someone like calligos (not exclusively, of course!) who pushes into her space, who challenges her, who doesn't just accept whatever she says or demands, within reason, and forces her to confront some of her issues/hang ups in, well, an unhealthy way? a way that makes her freak out, and, if pushed too far, even makes her have a breakdown?
like, the first time i see them having sex is because incendia initiates it. i do think calligos jokingly flirts, and is a bit cruel about her being so stuck up, so unable to have fun, so moody, which gets served right back to him (too crass/too loose/so pigheaded), but, i don't think he's trying super hard to seduce her or get with her, or is that pushy. he is pushy, of course, calligos is a bull when he spots something he likes, but, incendia is also one of his "equals" (she's better lets be real /s) so he can't be that idiotic.
but incendia, again, how i see her is that, coupled with the trauma of internalizing her faith and some previous inherited mental issues/psychosis' from aspyce, who canonly had Issues(TM):

that's not me defintively saying either of them had anything concrete, like bpd, or npd, or ocd (though, i do headcanon incendia with a form of ocd) or anything, but moreso just that there is a history of some form of psychosis/neurological issues in the chorda line.
is that she is someone who obsesses and gets really locked in her head about certain things, which is, again, a contrast to how calligos portrays himself outwardly (in actuality, calligos is incredibly smart and shrewd, he's even called that in game!) and has to pull them apart and analyze them, from her own biased and religious, view, which means she can't help but think about her and calligos having sex, it's a compulsion.
which frustrates her to no end, because he can't be good at it, he's just bragging, he fucking sucks is an incorrigible pervert who is, actually, quite lacking in all the ways that matter, so she says something along the lines of Fine. Prove your worth, if you want to boast about it so much. because she needs to get this thought pattern out of her mind.
and it's... awkward! i think they both get off, but it's just... very awkward. i think incendia is out of practice, and calligos is way too heavy handed since he just makes assumptions, and they just get ragebaited by each other.
and, yeah, i do agree that incendia lashes herself a lot. i have a 3k~ ish character... study/drabble/freeform??? wip about her self harming because she has a ptsd attack and feels ashamed about it, so imagine how it must feel to indulge in someone you hate, and then also get off during it? she'll whip herself bloody, and still feel like she needs to do more, since it's so shameful and embarrassing.
i honestly think incendia self harms in a wide variety of ways, but frames it as a form of religious penance, so it's "accepted" by everyone around her, or she just won't be challenged on it because she's a rogue trader. but you know who can challenge her on it-

We experiment with AI a lot, but it’s not our to-go solution for all problems. We don’t use AI to create in-game art or narrative content, but we use it to speed up a lot of things: from prototyping and testing features faster to saving time on steps where an artist’s work might end up in a trash bin.

For instance, AI allows us to take the character concept created by an artist and see how it would look in an isometric environment. Sometimes, things that look nice in concepts are not good enough from an isometric perspective (like small details becoming indistinguishable) — and it is great that we can now identify and address those issues before 3D and tech artists start working on the actual models and textures. It really saves a lot of people’s time by eliminating these back-and-forth iterations. Also, we don’t believe that becoming more effective due to AI or any other tool in particular, that value quality will lay off talent. On the contrary, it is a way to stay closer to the original vision and avoid limiting ambitions too much in order to deliver the game on schedule.
if you have not purchased the dlc, or the seasons pass, please be informed before you make your decision regarding it. do not harass, mistreat, or abuse employees, as nobody deserves that treatment, and this post is not meant to be the basis of a witch hunt. this is meant to inform people so that they can make financial decisions they are comfortable with.
i myself purchased the seasons pass before being aware of it, and have made a clear statement that after the next two dlcs launch, i will not be covering or making content for (that sounds so official, it's not, lol, i'm just one person) the game in any manner, nor will i be covering any warhammer games published by owlcat or any studio that uses generative ai in the future if i can find proof of it.
it is a complicated scenario, especially regarding rogue trader, so please extend courtesy to people that were fans of the game before the studio decided to use generative ai.
