2019 Wrap Up

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in Epifest 2019! We truly appreciate the wonderful participation we’ve received this year as we continue to promote polyamorous ships in the Check, Please fandom. We gained 23 new works this year and helped spread more positive polyamorous representation.

Epifest Starts Tomorrow!

As with most years, we’ll be revealing works from December 15th until Boxing Day (December 26th).  Be sure to follow us on AO3 and turn on your notifications for our blog. We’ll be posting a few fanworks a day until Boxing Day so get pumped for 25 new polyamorous Check Please pieces!

The time to start up Epifest is right around the corner. As we enter our 4th year of operation, Epifest is seeking new volunteers to help organize, promote, and execute this event. 

To apply, simply drop a message into our inbox expressing interest. Please include any previous fandom moderating/event organizing experience (if applicable) and why you’d like to be a mod for Epifest 2019.  The ideal candidate will be organized, a reliable communicator, passionate about Epifest, has interest in modding this event more than once, and is dedicated to keeping this event a parsepositive space.  Thanks in advanced and we look forward to hearing from you!

Check-In

Hello Creators!

We are now past the deadline for the first check-in and are still missing a few responses. If you could use the link in the email that was sent to you or that is located in our discord chat and let us know how you’re doing this weekend, we would greatly appreciate it!

Claims are Wrapping Up

Hey Epifesters,  You should have received an email from us earlier this week with a link to our official claims form. We’re still waiting on a few more people to submit their claims before working on assignments for this year. If you haven’t submitted yet, please do so tonight so we can get to work on matchings. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk folder on the email you provided on your sign up form, and if you still don’t see it please reach out to us, ASAP.
