For the past several days I have had the PLEASURE of teaching Horton-based modern master classes around Baton Rouge, my birth city ❤️...in anticipation of Ailey II’s Performance here at Baton Rouge Community College’s Magnolia Theatre! I can not even begin to express how fulfilling, rejuvenating, and enlightening this past week has been. It’s almost like my two worlds, my life in New York and the life I keep with me always in my memories, are being joined together...by my heart.
