Keep looking at this bastard on the floor. Gotta open it up and check the floppy drive. I think the disk-change mechanism is faulty. It doesn’t realise when a disk has been ejected and a new one has been put it, so can’t load new disks. Works fine loading OS at startup though. Why even stick with floppy’s? Sure they are small and annoying but I kinda like them because they are simple. Dealing with those emulators can be a pain sometimes. I use a scsi drive with the 16+ as well, and will probably get one of the scsi 2 sd bit later. But for simple beats with small samples floppy’s get my vote. Now wheres my screwdriver.
