full circle moment ending, eh? cool show
ending spoilers
saw some interesting opinions online about it, but that just made me realise that sports shōnen is my genre and that just lead into not caring about or maybe often not even noticing certain tropes that others might see as annoying bit reather just enjoying them. like, yeah, mikoto is a douche who only cares about himself and his sport, and then he gets redemption at the end (which feels too sudden, but that's all you can do in 12 episodes). boo hoo, how scary. can list you another bunch of protagonists with the same trope right now just from a few shows that I watched recently
and in my opinion, that's cool
yet I'm still annoyed at how many conflicts they managed to shove in 12 episodes, with each conflict sometimes even getting less than an episode worth of time. not blaming the show, blaming the new day anime trends
there were too many teen issues for the show about adults, but eh, can't complain when that's so far the best sports shōnen of adults I've seen so far (and the only one)
