Is that Matthew Gray Gubler??? And yeah they do. They used it in my school picture back in grade school. They’re like majorly over used and boring ugh. Idk if they still use them now. But, they did back in my days.

they used to … i don’t know if they still do but um yeah school pictures always ended up looking terrible because of them
I see... even if you get to pick the colour they look old... I'm from Argentina btw, and my photos at school were never like this... we just took pictures in our classroom (and I don't think schools in my country use those bgs...)
