Remnant, a nation of human extremism, is the ultimate proof that tyranny begets tyranny. They were originally slaves under the Collossan Empire, until the Collossans fell to an experimental force of genemodded humans led by Epsilion. The new empire, Remnant, due to their origins, are highly xenocidal, to the point that even other humans that originate outside Remnant are either enslaved or put to death.

Remnant’s government predetermines jobs and roles during an embryo’s conception, and alters its genes to best fit it’s determined role in society. Natural births are unheard-of, and all citizens aside the ruling classes are fully sterile. Citizens are taught only what they need to know to do their jobs and function as productive members of society, and little else.

the list of genemodded Breeds of human found in Remnant are thus:

-Hunters: The super-soldiers, made with a healing factor, natural armor, psionic power, upgraded cardiovascular infrastructure, and many more mods besides.

-Miners: Enhanced eyesight, lowered metabolism, upgraded lungs, enhanced muscle mass, and innate sense of direction.

-office drones: Enhanced brainpower, altered emotional reactions, increased tolerance for boredom, Lower metabolism, and a natural hypernet uplink built into their brain.

-engineers: Greater strength, enhanced minds, nervous system restructured to more easily allow for implants, longer lifespan.

•the ruling class of Remnant are also the least modded, instead being altered in a different way. Members of this caste are instead brainwashed and indoctrinated into various factions that are taught through propaganda to be constantly at one another’s throats, in a mockery of a feudal system, among the hyperrich.

•Most of Remnant’s population lives in space stations, those that don’t are either rulers, servants, or miners. Pollutants and scrap are delivered out of the stations and dumped on barren, resource-stripped worlds. The actual planets under the Empire’s rule are immediately stripped of all resources upon conquest, all to fuel Remnant’s war machine.

A Globulon Larvae.

the Globulon life cycle starts as eggs inside a globulon Progenitor. These eggs are injected into the spinal column of a host, where they mature into Larvae, fully replacing the host’s spinal cord, and a few months afterward, hatching.

the Globulon Larvae then quickly matures into an Adult specimen, one capable of the species’ feared Osmosis Ability, in which, they are able to mutate their body by stealing biological abilities from prey they absorb.

The Varai Swarm:

aliens that use a combination of advanced tech and biological engineering, they act for the survival of the whole, raiding worlds from spaceborne hives to gather more and more resources and fuel.

many believe their almost unnatural synchronization, and focus on the Collective wellbeing means they have a psionic hivemind. This is not the case, their culture simply values total unanimous opinion, and rhose who go against the Consensus are nearly unheard-of.

An Airskimmer ship, of the Orboe army. The tower structures poking out of the top and bottom of the craft serve as Docking bays. The lower tower, being well within a planet’s atmosphere, contains aircraft made for atmospheric flight, whereas the upper tower connects into an interplanetary vessel. The main body of the craft is made to sit just inside a planet’s atmosphere.

Avaros and Omniversals

The interuniversal Empire of Avaros is ruled over by entities known as the Omniversals. these beings are not quite Gods, but they are powerful enough that no other terminology is quite fitting. the unquestioned Ruler is known as Omnikron, Lord of Creation and Destruction.  Avaros itself is huge, spanning across portiones of several universes, and encompassing countless species. the capital is called The Nexus, and is a space station, she size of a planetary system, powered by a combination of nuclear power, and Magical energy. the station itself is so massive, that huge portions of it are run down, and neglected, becoming spaceborne wild lands, with midieval communities of various species, most prominantly, decendants of human war prisoners from Avaros’s nemisis, Remnant.
