Patreon and "free" memberships...

I hate patreon and I hate that it's become common place to hide your downloads behind a "free" membership. Yes, it's "free", but that doesn't mean that it doesn't come with drawbacks.

I am currently trying to delete my patreon account because you have to turn off each creator's spam e-mails individually and I get them almost daily.

There is no clear information on how to delete your account. Deleting your account takes 14 days, in which you will still be spammed with e-mails. And now they have my e-mail address and other data.

And it's not even clear if your account will actually be deleted after because what you're doing is making a privacy request. Is that the same as getting rid of your account? Who knows!

Hiding your downloads behind having to give a big company your data AND having to allow you to spam me with e-mails is just frankly not nice.

Plus, potentially illegal - in my country you have to allow me to unsubscribe from promotional e-mails using ONE button, having to click on each creator individually and switch SEVEN settings to off MANUALLY each time sure doesn't sound like one click.

Why has this become accepted? Oh it's "free". No it's not. It costs giving them my data and it costs my last fucking nerves.

Rectangular Equestrian Signs - 30 Swatches

This took hours upon hours to make, but I think it was very needed! This is item 1 of 3 for the pack of signs I've been working on. I made a seamless galvanized texture from a maxis floor and applied it to the stake to give a plain metal option that the original sign I recolored doesn't have, then made custom rusted bolts with shadows and some light streaking and a galvanized backing for the sign.

Each of the 15 signs has a powder-coated green option and an unfinished galvanized steel option for a total of 30 swatches.

This was a labor of love, so hopefully everyone enjoys! SFS link below the cut.

Please excuse the absence; I recently lost my still-quite-new housing placement, dead in the middle of a blizzard and the emigration process with a very broken wheelchair and nowhere to go.

I have been scrambling to figure out what to do. My laptop is with me, but not much that I'd be doing with it is a huge priority right now. I plan to queue up some of what little I have been working on for the next week or two to fill in some of the gap while I continue to make my US exit plan.

Credit: The unfurnished lot shell is The Eklund, created by @fakehousesrealawesome and then heavily restructured, gutted, and decorated by myself. While I prioritize building my facility lots & worlds all from scratch, I find a bit of sweet realism and charm in moving my sims into pre-built houses. I am SO excited to finally be able to release these and share them with everyone! This was a a lot of work and am so thankful to the amazing content creators who created/converted them from SSO and helped me with several issues I ran into while creating these. This is a collaboration between myself, Schrodcat, and Kamill. There are 3 different Versions, and the top photo gives an explanation along with several photo examples of all 3 versions. (LINKED IN MY PATREON POST ARE LINKS TO Schrodcat's PATREON FOR THEIR SADDLES AS YOU WILL NEED THEIR SADDLES IN ORDER TO ATTACH THE ACCESSORY VERSION TO THEM) --The 1st version is always attached to SC's Jump saddle, that way no accessory slots will be used up and all accessory items can be used on the horse (such as polos/boots/fly bonnets/quartersheets/ect)

--The 2nd Version is always attached to SC's Dressage Saddle, so like with version 1, none of the slots will be used up. --The 3rd Version is an Accessory version of just the Drawn-Up stirrups and can be used on ANY/all of Schrodcat's REALISTIC FIT saddles of any riding style/discipline. (I chose to only attach the drawn-up stirrups 'permanently' to SC's Jump and Dressage saddles as those are the 2 "most commonly used riding styles/disciplines") (Please read the post on my Patreon for more info and Download links!) These draw-up stirrups are perfect for using for photos of lunging horses, before and after rides, tacking up/untacking, leading, having the horse stand tied at a horse trailer between horse show classes, and whatever other situation you can think of as their use is as limitless as your imaginations!

Releasing this arabian tail! I couldn't get rid of the tail bone unfortunately, however I might release a v2 if I can eventually fix it.
