And you want to know why Black women work harder, because we know if we work like some of our counterparts we will be labeled lazy or not doing our share. Trust I have first hand knowledge of this, it’s real. Hell you can go above and beyond and still be labeled incompetent b/c of the color of your skin and your sex. You can have more education and more experience and that is not enough.
