sns was blessed to graze the cover of bazaar’s october 2020 issue. a total of six cover versions were released, one of each member and a whole group one. check out the photos released from the shoot below !
✰ || STEP THREE : MIX is the third mini album by SNS, released by RBW Entertainment on October 1st, 2020. It is available both digitally and physically, with four versions for sale; Sugar, Spice, Everything, and Nice. It features four songs, with “Like It” being its title track. SNS promoted “Like It” from October 2nd to November 13th, also holding a few special stages for b-side track “Tickle”. The girls were able to bring home 10 music show wins over the promotional period. They held 4 fansigns, appeared on many variety shows, shot commercials and other advertisements, and were heavily active on social media.

critics had a very split opinion on this mini tbh
some said it showed a perfect mix of both their ‘sugar’ and spice’ concepts, while others claimed it was too bland and was disappointing compared to their previous releases
“Like It ” debuted at number 1 on korean music charts, it stayed in the top 5 before dropping down into the teens roughly a week after its release
“Tickle” peaked at number 6 on melon
‘So Good” peaked at number 13 on melon
“Hot Hot” peaked at number 27 on melon
the mv got 36.2 million views in the first 24 hours
the song received 10 music show wins
they had a very successful physical sale, selling 104 thousand physical copies

the girlies were back just as quick as usual and the world was hyped !
following the concept trend they set since debut, fans were anticipating this release to represent their “n” concept and they were not disappointed
sugar babies were originally confused about the concept of the mini since they released four sets of teasers all representing different concepts but it all made sense when the mini was released
despite not being a spooky themed comeback, the girls definitely had fun incorporating spooky stuff into their promotions
rbw released two versions of the “like it” dance practice, one being a normal version and the other was a halloween costume version released on spooky day
they also held two special halloween stages for both ‘Like It” and “Tickle” in costumes
the girls were so exhausted but what’s new
rbw has decided to run the girls dry and they’ve come to terms with that
their stylists utilized a lot of cool eye makeup looks to try and cover up the girls’ permanent bags
speaking of staff members, sns’ main manager went viral for his good looks
the girls teased him a lot for it, especially when fans would try to talk to him or bring up the topic during fanmeets
mika continuted to be a mc on inkigayo alongside minhyuk and jaehyun
which since october is such a busy month, she was constantly interacting with so many different idols
sns overall had a lot of interactions with other idols and were nicknamed kpop’s [social] butterflies

mika legitimately robbed his closet and showed to every single one of her schedules wearing at least one piece of noah’s clothing
annoying shippers were very happy about this as it fed into their theories that they two are dating but sugar babies and sirens made sure to shut those crazies down
the girls were all over advertisements and had a plentiful of photoshoots, all of the girls getting their own solo gig at one point
sns became cover models this era !!

the styling this era was a mix of short skirts, denim, bright colors, and revealing but also not outfits
the stylists’ addiction with hair clips was once again brought to life, but this time it was mainly showcased in bobby pins
piper’s hair faded out from it’s bright red color during the love island era to a light pink
mika kept her two toned look from love island era but this time dyed it half white/blonde and half black
soyee dyed her hair to a natural light shade of brown to help cover up the faded auburn look she had during love island era
yuri chopped all of her hair off into a shoulder length bob and dyed it a dirty blonde color
josie finally added some color to her hair by dying it a very dark purple, almost black, color
