♡࿐🦢 BREAKING :: MYDOL ENTERTAINMENT BUYS SUGAR N' SPICE'S CONTRACT

Earlier this morning, Angelico Entertainment and MyDol Entertainment officially announced that the latter company had bought out the contract for one of Kpop's leading girl groups, Sugar N' Spice.

The five-member girl group has been managed by Angelico since their debut in 2019, having consistent and chart-topping comebacks over their 5 years together. When MyDol's current CEO, Son Jinhwa, stepped down from being the CEO of Angelico back in 2023, SNS never stopped their busy schedule and quickly had a comeback with their 4th full album in October of the same year.

Quickly after SNS wrapped up their promotion cycle, they went silent as a group, only making whole group appearances at the end-of-year award shows and similar events. All the members participated in their own solo activities, most notably with Mika making her debut in the idol supergroup Starzie, but otherwise, Angelico was dead silent on anything group-related.

Many fans were hoping this meant the girls would be getting a well-deserved rest, but their hopes were quickly shut down when MyDol released this official statement this morning.

"Hello, this is MyDol Entertainment. After a very lengthy period of contractual disputes between us and Angelico Entertainment, we are glad to inform you all that from this day forward, Sugar N' Spice will be a part of the MyDol family. All five members have signed artist contracts with us and will begin work as soon as they settle into their new routine. We are very excited to begin this journey with these talented ladies and hope their beloved Sweetarts can accept this new change and continue to cheer the Sweets on in the future. - MyDol Entertainment"

The girls were seen leaving MyDol this morning after the announcement was made, supposedly having just finished signing their contracts and then heading to officially begin their moving process. The most popular member, Mika, was absent from the public display, rumored to have taken a back exit to leave the building before she expressed her annoyance with her current situation on her Instagram story.

Despite public backlash, Mika has not deleted any of her stories, and MyDol has not released any statements regarding the situation.

‧₊˚✩ SHOOTING STARS AUDITION TAPE #012— CHARLOTTE KWON !

The video starts with Lottie facing the back wall in the audition room, her fingers counting down from three before she turns around and struts towards the camera. Acting as if she is on a runway, Lottie does her best model walk before hitting three different poses when she reaches the camera, she does two classic model poses before hitting an aegyo style pose. The last one sends her into a fit of giggles and it takes herself a few seconds to recover before she does a little bow to the camera, "Sugar and spice, we make everything nice! I'm the sweetest cupcake in the bakery, Lottie!"

Lottie digs into the pocket of her jacket and pulls out a handful of sparkles, throwing them up in the air as she strikes one more pose and once again sends herself into a fit of giggles. "I am having so much fun with this!" She looks down at her clothes and brushes off the sparkles that had landed on her, "Hi everyone! I am Lottie and I am in charge of vocals, rap, and variety within my group Sugar n' Spice. I primarily joined Shooting Stars to be with my sister Mika but I am so excited to be here and I cannot wait to get to experience a survival show like this!"

Lottie unzips her jacket to reveal a simple, cute crop top underneath and quickly bends down to make sure her boots are tied, "I'm going to be performing part of my solo song "Dumb Dumb" for you guys. I hope you enjoy what I have to show!" She straightens her back out and grabs her purple mic from one of the staffs before nodding at them to start her music.

Despite the choreography not being the hardest and holding no dance position, Lottie makes the moves look energetic and flawless, easily executing the routine she had been practicing for weeks. With no backtrack being supplied, it is not hard to hear that her breath control could definitely improve in an effort to make her more stable, but that doesn't ruin too much of her performance. Her high energy in both the rap part and in her dancing make her breathing not something majorly noticeable if you aren't looking for it.

Hitting her ending pose, Lottie takes a few beats to gather her breath before she digs into the other pocket of her jacket and pulls out a new handful of sparkles, throwing it up into the air so it falls over her and once again bursting into a fit of giggles.

"This was so much fun and I cannot wait for Shooting Stars to get started so I can have even more fun with you all! I hope my audition was everything you hoped for and that you all will pick me to vote for!

[ ! ] SNS's Piper announces she will be rejoining House of Sweets Tour only days after her brother’s passing

Only four days after the tragic passing of Nathan Jeon, Ex-Wanna One member and leader of AXIS, his younger sister Sugar N’ Spice’s leader Piper has announced that she will be rejoining her group on their world tour. 

Piper’s company Angelico Entertainment originally announced back on the 22nd that their idol will be taking a hiatus from the group’s ‘House of Sweets’ tour in order to properly mourn the passing of her beloved older brother. Since then, Piper has only been seen visiting the public memorial that had been set up outside of Pledis Entertainment for Nathan, the Angelico building, and her dorm. The idol hasn’t spoken much to the media to in recent days but her known idol boyfriend, NCT’s Taeyong, had posted photos on his instagram story of the two hanging out together, Piper sporting a large smile which have some fans reassurance that she was healing from her loss. 

Angelico and Piper made the announcement of her return to the tour by performing in Melbourne only a few minutes ago, stating that after long talks with management, Piper has come to the conclusion that she needs to be back on stage both for herself, her members, and for her fans. The company stated that they know this is going to be a hard time for their idol and will be constantly checking up on Piper to make sure she is going through this grieving process healthily. 

Many sugar babies expressed heir concern over this decision, saying it’s too quick of a time period for her to heal properly and her rejoining the tour now will only cause more pain and heartache in the long run.

[ ! ] AXIS’ Leader and Ex-Wanna One member Nathan dies suddenly at 25

AXIS’ Nathan Jeon has been found dead in the alley outside of his home at the young age of 25. 

According to Yonhap News, at roughly 7am on June 22nd, Nathan was found barely alive by one of his neighbors in the apartment complex he lives in in the alley right next to their building. The neighbor quickly called medical services but the idol had already passed by the time help arrived. 

Police are ruling the case as a homicide after coming to the conclusion that Nathan had been robbed and attacked in the alley, with the cause of death being multiple blunt force trauma to the head. 

Nathan was a popular trainee from Pledis Entertainment on mnet survival show Produce 101 Season 2, finishing the show with the 2nd place rank and debuting in the global phenomenon boy group Wanna One. After the disbandment of Wanna One, Nathan returned to Pledis and later debuted in boy group AXIS in 2019 as their leader. AXIS quickly became on of the top leaders of the 4th gen, being a completely self-producing group that constantly dominated charts. 

Being the older brother to two famous younger sisters, Nathan was a household name in his own right but was able to garner more attention in his career because of his siters. His first sister is the leader of Angelico girl group Sugar n’ Spice, Piper Jeon, and his youngest sister is Lily Jeon, a popular actress and singer in America.

[ ! ] SNS cancels Jakarta show and announces Piper will not be participating in the Delhi show following the passing of her brother.

Almost three hours ago, the news of the tragic passing of AXIS’ Nathan hit headlines, causing a flood of condolences and memorial posts all over social media from fans and kpop idols alike. A memorial was quickly set up outside of Pledis Entertainment and has already been visited by thousands of people, as well as a small memorial that was set up by fans outside of Angelico Entertainment in sympathy with Nathan’s sister, Sugar n’ Spice’s Piper. 

Following the sudden news and memorial being set up, Angelico Entertainment has released a statement announcing that SNS will be cancelling their world tour show in Jakarta tonight to give the members time to process and grieve the loss of someone close to them. Alongside that announcement, Angelico also stated that leader Piper has flown back to Korea and will not be participating in SNS’ next tour stop in Delhi on the 24th. 

Fans of both AXIS and SNS are very aware of how much love Piper holds for her older brother and are devasted to know that the young girl has to go another tragic lose only four years after losing her mother back in 2018. The idols’ younger sister Lily Jeon was reportedly already in Korea on a vacation when everything happened, the actress being seen picking up Piper from the Incheon International Airport within the past hour. 

Many other idols, group, actors, etc have already begun to cancel their public schedules for the day, with Pledis Entertainment announcing that a public memorial service will be held tomorrow and that a private family funeral for Nathan will be held at a later undisclosed date.
