One day I pray we come to understand that our children aren’t our future.... they’re our NOW! This past election in we made a few wins however, we failed our children’s on so many major levels especially with our school board choices by either re-electing incumbents or electing the new ones hat will keep the same ole train of daily moving. Our children depending us to fight for them because they can’t fight for themselves and we’re turning a blind eye because of friendship, relationship, and money. We blame our children for a lot of bad things yet we never want to hold ourselves accountable. We speak of the days of yesteryear and about the community that raised dust and shaped us yet we never want to be that same community for our young people. Some may look at this as a rebuke and some may look at this as shaming however if the shoe fits wear it but to me this is a challenge to any one of you that says you care about children, and I can take his stance because I’m out here fighting for them daily....
