Alexander of Erbach

Roman copy of the 2nd century AD after a Greek original from 330-340 BC. Found in 1791 in the Villa Adriana.

The statue shows serene features, which return to the harmonious and balanced forms of the Greek classics. In this case, Alexander is not characterized as an impetuous leader.

A very popular waiter, mostly with older women

They love flustering the boy lol, calling him cute, telling him that he’s the reason they keep coming back

He only has this job, because his hobby as a falconer doesn’t make anything

He only really enjoys talking to the customers when they ask him about his interests, he could go on for hours about Iskander

Kyros

The one who makes the coffee behind the scenes

Also really skilled at making pastries, but no one has to know that

Some customers are kind of intimidated by him because of his apathetic appearance, but he’s actually really nice and courteous to everyone

Doesn’t like listening to the lanky manager though

Abiriga

The one who does everything

Makes the best lattes, charming the customers, cleaning after hours, etc

His work ethic and skill probably has him being made manager in like a month

Gets flirted with a lot by customers, but isn’t really bothered by it, or may not even notice it

Erbach

A lazy waiter

Mostly just bothering Mahmut, the other waiter

He once forgot to deliver the food to his tables because he fell asleep in the back

His likable personality makes up for his work habits though, he makes customers laugh really easily
