Levi and Eren pretending to date each other to keep their family and friends off their backs about being single but end up actually falling for each other and start dating for reals by going on their first “real” date somewhere like a coffeeshop or restaurant.

Eren who smiles across the room at his now husband, watching as Levi conversates with Erwin and Hanji--laughing at who knows what but Eren's heart swells with love because this time Levi can be happy and carefree unlike their previous life. So he's glad to finally be with the one he loves, again; after so many years of endless searching. This time he's going to be the one protecting Levi and not the other way around,
Eren who is a doctor likes to flirt with the new nurse constantly with cheesy pick up lines but poor Eren always gets shot down because Levi just tells him every single time, “if you have time to flirt with me, then obviously you aren’t doing your job properly. Now get moving brat because some of us actually have a job to do!”
Eren always tends to kick off the covers because he gets hot at night but Levi gets cold easily so he tries to grab the blankets to cover himself but has trouble because Eren is sleeping on them so Levi has no choice but to kick Eren off the bed just so he can be able to sleep comfortable.
Everytime I hear " I kissed a girl" by Katy perry, I now think of Levi singing it to Eren but instead it would be " I kissed a boy and I liked it. The taste of his cherry Chapstick" but would his lips taste like cherry maybe a chocolate taste instead lol?
Levi doesn’t regret marrying Eren one bit, despite all the problems they have had, he feels like those arguments only strengthen there bonds and knows this was worth it because this is where they were meant to be.
Levi pretends to forget its Eren's birthday and goes about his day as normal without letting Eren know anything but he actually does have a big surprise planned but he just hopes Eren will like it
