Been gyming it up, 2.5 hours two days in a row.
Help an older man work out how to use an iPod, also planning on starting a new project with my friend on our way to the gym.
we are going to make positive and inspirational signs to hold up at people running or exercising as we drive to the gym, such as "Your doing great" - "Keep up the good work"
Hopefully that will make a few peoples day because i know if i saw that it would make my day!
Had a great night at work last night cleaning out the deli, ended up pretty much completely wet with a co-worker of a water fight, also worked back 20 mins for free to help the other workers finish what they had to do so we could all get home before midnight.
