A successful Paris lawyer is forced to re-invent his life after he makes a fatal mistake.
The movie tells quite a story, and it is necessary to suspend disbelief a bit in order to stay with it. It helps that the movie takes its time to develop the story and the lead character.
But if it weren't for Romain Duris, giving another great performance and making the character believable, it would be much harder to follow along. Though even with him the final part on the ship is a bit much.
Overall it is still a gripping watch.
