a favorite of the comedy genre :) honestly I went to the movies with low expectations, just hoping for a good time, and LOVED IT! I think melissa mccarthy is great, but this movie’s got her brillance perfectly balanced with a superb script and awesome performances all around. LOVE Miranda, and how her sense of humor shined here too; and Jason whatevs truly surprised me! Think he should dedicate to comedy cause he killed it! basically this movie legitimately made me laugh out loud in the movie theatre, which is pretty rare, and is just an awesome twist to the spy genre that is (excepting the man from uncle) pretty darn sexist.

wouldn't let me reply to your post and idk if you watch already but i'd say leverage fits (not all, but a lot) of those points?? 5 seasons, incredible writing, such amazing characters/development, continuity is there, so many dynamic relationships between the main characters, 100% a found family. i could direct you to one of those posts like ~reasons to watch bc it lists all the stuff better than i can but its a really good show if you're interested :) (OH also fringe ugh my kids it's scifi too)

a really good friend of mine just won’t stop harassing me about Leverage and i kind of caved in and agreed to give it another try (i tried once before but it seemed kinda episodical? and i was not in the right mindset for another episodical show at that time) but i’ve literally only heard beautiful and positive things about Leverage so this one is in my top 5 to watch rn (/LEE YOU GOTTA GIVE ME THOSE EPISODES♥♥/)

AND FRINGE!!! that’s possibly one of the, if not The Best show i’ve ever laid my eyes upon, i still get so overemotional about it on regular basis. i only watched it like 2 years ago but i’m still recommending it to whomever will listen because my god i can’t believe how good this show is (probably the only show that never really disappointed me all while delivering the exact amount of good and bad pain that was needed)

not sure of all u already watch, but some of my fav go tos: leverage, breakout kings, fringe, orphan black, worst cooks in america (too funny), masterchef/junior, & movies: the heat, spy, freedom writers, the blind side, the devil wears prada :)
