i have a splitting headache, a shit ton of work stuff to do, a hovering sense of nothingness and i have to go to my aunts birthday because im pretending everything is ok

#i just want to not work and not interact with anyone and not do anything #it's still a few hours away but just thinking about the mental load of showering getting ready getting there being there coming back #i just want to sleep for a couple weeks straight and have no repercussions how about that #personal

everything went downhill so fast. i didn't think this would impact everything in my life but it did. it feels like there's an elephant sitting on my chest and nothing makes sense. i fucked up at work and even though i don't particularly care right now it's still giving me anxiety. and i just wanted to feel good about something. anything. i want to feel joy. but i don't want to talk to anyone or do anything.
