Lastnight I ride from Gombak and climb to Genting sempah with full power and did a good cadence until my tube was pinched by a small piece of sharp glass which makes me bonk for 30minutes. Managed to control my heartrate when it reached Zone 5 at 170bpm which I think the food I consumed for Iftar was a bit heavy. But the best rewards that when I did a downhill at 52km per hour max speed with some other cyclist chasing in that pitch dark night while race downhill at very high speed. Adrenaline pumping!
