Um…
I guess it depends on what exactly you mean by “fate”. The Fates Themselves work in mysterious ways, but it’s safe to say that I’m only here now because I’m meant to be, and I don’t know if I really have the power or knowledge to understand how the world would differ if things didn’t go according to Their plans.
Although if I had the power to change anything, I’d probably try to save Silterra. See my moms again, keep Clover safe… but at the same time, what would that change about the future? Would I ever find the strength to stand up against the Lich King? Would I even become a Paladin? Would I ever meet any of the friends I’ve made? I can’t help but think of Astrid, and what would happen to her without having Clover in her life. I don’t have the power to make a decision like that, I don’t think.
So instead I’m going to hold onto what I have, and fight like hell to keep it.
