Severus sat somewhat nervously with his steaming cup of earl grey tea, waiting for Eris Pyrites to arrive. All he really knew was that she was a member of the Accidental Magic Reversal squad at the Ministry and that she had studied Magical Theory. She was two years above him in school, so he was aware of her and he supposed that she was just aware enough of him to agree to the meeting that Professor Slughorn had setup for them.

Riku had made a name for herself in the past few months of being here that both allies and enemies have made their way to her. If anything it made the mercenary tasks done easier since they weren’t shy about attacking. A lot of time was spent getting information from the local thugs that hung out in Golden in Fibbonacci though for some reason they seemed more organized as of lately- a fact that made her eyes narrow. It seemed too supicous and gang activity meant that there was a boss.

In the end it ended up taking raining on the parade of a small gambling den to get the location of an abandoned wearhouse. Taking no hesitation Riku quickly spun on her hill and kicked the door open, hand on the hilt of Argentine and ready to take them down and get this over with. Though of all people she saw when kicking the door open, SHE was not on the top of the list.
